Conveniently located for the area. Appears to have good stock of hardware store items. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately my experience was soured due to a young boy with glasses. He posted up to me asking me if I needed help while just staring at me. This was right after the guy I assume is the boss, pointed me to the section I needed to go to. It was almost like he was doing it to ensure I wasn't going to steal. Basically I walked out of the store feeling racially profiled to be honest. Ignoring my personal experience, it's a decent store. No reason others can't enjoy it. I will not be. Edit: Customer service should be equal to all customers regardless of background. I understand the owner thinks I was put off by the boy trying to help me. But he stood there staring at me. I thought maybe he was going to take the item I wanted to buy to the front desk for me. Instead he left me hanging. If you consider that customer service then I stand corrected.

This is my second time using Larry the Locksmith services the first time the company installed a security gate in my bedroom. The service was impeccable. This time I needed to have an Yale Smart Lock installed on my front door which I purchased on my own. Unfortunately every neighborhood business that I called wanted an arm and a leg for installation. Needless to say I was very depressed then I remembered Larry the Locksmith and how great their service was before so I took a chance, give them a call and asked for an Quote needless to say I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the price was and almost immediately asked for a reservation The Locksmith was courteous, peasant knowledgeable ,attentive and polite. He also maintain covid-19 precautions that we all must deal with in these troubled times and also coincidentally he was the same gentleman who installed my gates all those years ago thank you Larry the Locksmith for such exceptional and affordable service.

Very great experience. I requested a specific time frame and Jaime was very courteous to call that he might be delayed due to a traffic circumstance but he arrived about an hour and 10 minutes before my latest hour available anyway. Jaime was great in explaining my options, also in making an adjustment request to my lock, and was very friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend Larry The Locksmith as the ease of appointment and installation itself was a breeze.
